¶1 This is an appeal by Karen Eichman, Gregory Scott and Lawrence Branigan (Appellants) from a judgment entered after a jury verdict in favor of Joseph and Edna McKeon (Appellees). *fn2 Appellants raise numerous challenges to various trial court rulings and claim they are entitled to judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, alternatively, a new trial. After careful review, we affirm.
